About
Author.Speaker.Technology Entrepreneur.Bx Franchisee Owner.Founder.Formula Maker.Still Curious.
Louise Ridlen started out teaching piano. Then she taught technology. Then she started fixing it — for businesses that had been sold complexity and promised simplicity.
Along the way she built a career as a single mum, founded I.T. Lady, grew Peppermint iT into a managed technology partner for Australian businesses, created the INFUSE framework, started I.T. Lady Connect for women in technology, and took on Bx Sydney CBD and North to bring local business owners together properly.
The same instinct runs through all of it: work out the formula, write it down plainly, and make it something people can actually use.
The formula is never finished.
